DV offers same-day delivery for orders placed before 3PM (Dubai time) and 1PM (for other Emirates), with next-day delivery available for all other Emirates. For international orders, we strive to deliver within 4 - 6 business days. Our trusted courier partners Quiqup handle deliveries within the UAE, while DHL takes care of international shipments.
There's no upfront payment required; simply pay the courier upon receipt of your order, either in cash or by card, for added convenience.

To be eligible for a refund, please ensure that all items are returned to us within 15 days from the date of order receipt.
