Deliveries are scheduled through the checkout process, in which most orders will be fulfilled within the same day or the next working day. If there is an inconvenience in time, the order will be dispatched and delivered in a safe location within the delivery address.

Please email us immediately on e-com@dv-global.com or contact us by phone +971 55 5543951 (during office hours Monday – Friday 09:00 AM to 6:00 PM (UAE time) with your order no. and your new delivery address and we will do our best to ensure delivery to your new location however we cannot guarantee this.

Once your order has been shipped with the courier, you will receive a unique tracking ID number through SMS and you are also able to directly contact the delivery associate through SMS or call through the tracking interface given.

When you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email from us. Additionally, you will receive another email with tracking information once we have shipped your order.

We do not charge you an advance payment and you can pay the courier upon receipt of your order in any convenient way - cash or by card

Once your order is placed, we will process it extremely quickly to ensure it is received as soon as possible. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Unfortunately for logistical reasons we don't offer direct exchanges on international orders. Simply let us know on email e-com@dv-global.com about the item in question, cover the cost of returning the item to us and we will issue your refund as soon as we receive the returned item.

We do not accept returns for any items marked as final sale. Due to the nature of the final sale discounts, all transactions are final—no returns or exchanges.

Yes! We offer free shipping in UAE. We charge a fee for international deliveries. To calculate the cost, write us by email: e-com@dv-global.com
